Jerry The Chatbot
Jerry The Bot is an AI-powered assistance tool developed by the Johannesburg Business School (JBS) Innovation Lab for the Network Operations Center. This chatbot aims to provide information and assistance to new employees or users by providing answers to their queries and questions.
Jerry The Chatbot's main objectives are:
✅ To create a user-friendly platform where users can access information related to the Network Operations Center.
✅ To integrate an AI-driven chatbot that can respond to frequently asked questions and common queries.
✅ To ensure an easily accessiblle and efficient Jerry the Chatbot that is capable of providing real-time assistance.
Team Involves:
- Mr Siphiwe: who provided the content for Jerry The Chatbot.
- Prof Abejide Ade-Ibijola: and the student development team from the JBS GRIT Lab, who were responsible for all things technical, including the graphics, design, programming, and technical support of Jerry The Chatbot.
